Following on from my previous blog, I found this video on You tube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=elbGDS7EI-sIt really drills home to you the message of never going out without an experienced instructor or more behind you! It was quite scary as to the length of time it took to rescue the poor guy!
Get loads of practice in, an experienced person would never have found themselves in this situation!
